There is an opportunity here for dawah:

Ruling party Indian member of parliament Mrs Pragya Thakur recently told in her speech that caste system in Hinduism is created by god, no one must question it.

Shudras (lower caste Hindus) must not get hurt when they are called by their caste name, 'O Shudras'. They must take the job assigned to them.

Followers of Ravi Shankar are moderate like our sufees. That incident has changed them.

My request for others is not to repeat this. In India, Debate is not the solution, explain islam to others in 'Dars' way.

I never witnessed anyone, that he has lost the debate and accepted the opponent's view, rather he gets harsher than before.

We know three very good orators, DZN, MMS, MAS, they have very large following, their career was crippled and curtailed.

Our analysis is that their shortcoming was, they preferred the view of the zealot followers around them over golden advice by knowledgeable and the experienced.

The video doesn't say anything about whether it was a dialog or a debate. Zakir Naik himself said that it was inter faith dialog. I am not saying that what ravi shankar did after the session is right or wrong. But if he was not informed before the session that it is a debate, then we are wrong.
