After martyrdom in Balakot, A powerful movement led by Syed Ahmed Shaheed RA Retreated to Hills, shuyookh say the reason here is, the movement revolved around a single personality.

This is true even today; Supporters of Dr ZN are demotivated, disintegrated.

And the next are Molana Saad sab supporters. What next after Molana saad sab; we see vacuum.

So shuyookh say, don't make a "Single point failure". Let every person has some one above him and create followers who can take over the movement after him in a better way.

That is not from seerah of khulafa e rashideen.
Could be from seerah of Shias.
Huzoor SAS ne farmaya, "mere baad khilafath Quraish mein chalegi".

"Khilafath Hashimi mein chalegi" kahne SE koyee naheen rok Sakta thha. Huzoor sas Apne khandaan mein mahdood Kar sakte thhe.

This post has been reported. It could be due to breaking rules or something as simple as bad use of bbcodes which breaks the page format. We will attend to this soon.

But being an amir of an organisation is not same being khalifah of muslim ummah.

The position of mohtamim gets passed to down to sons in many darul ulooms and this would be no different.

Raslullah SAS said "After me khilafath will be in Quraish"

Mufakkir e Islam says No one would have stopped Rasulullah SAS from declaring "Khilafath will be limited to Bani-Hashim (his own relatives)".

But again you are missing the point. The examples you gave in OP are of individuals leading an organisation or an institution and not of a Khalifah of the muslim ummah.
