Salaam

I have read about the Sunnah of smile. I wanted to ask how often you need to smile? Or you need to smile Everytime in gathering, while talking?

Or the way is to smile to someone at intervals, switching off to serious mood now and then?

I just want to know exact way of following this Sunnah.

Please forgive my ignorance. Thanks

Keep smiling sister. It is from the Sunnah as mentioned to you before in one of your other threads.

Scientists have proven that smiling has a positive effect on our lives. It dictates how we feel. The facial muscle stimulate better overall results. If we don't smile, our mood will change for the negative.

I was looking for my post regarding the science behind smiling to add to the thread, "The miracle is in the Sunnah"

Of course, smiling at the opposite non mahram gender is not what is meant.

JazakAllah khair I know what you have said and i got to know from my previous post about it. But here in this thread- i am asking something else about its implementation and you all are only quoting me the same thing- to keep smiling.

My question is about other or further aspect of smiling...Anyways i think i am not able to ask well i guess thats why no one is getting what do i mean. JazakAllah

I think the bottom line is that there is no set requirement to smile, or to do so for a prescribed period.

However, it is healthy for you to smile (mentally and perhaps physically) plus it is good for the soul (muharak).
