La Howla Wala Quwwata Illah Billah.

And yet even now they say that it will take 1000 years more for Dajjal to arrive...

I think an even bigger indication than the festival itself is that no one seems to really care. The ulama don't care. The awaam don't care.

Say what though? It's not like ajamis opinion will matter in saudi Arabia or MBS will care when he doesn't give a damn about ulama from his own land.

Do our opinions matter in Israel? China? USA? The rest of the kuffar world?

Do the Israeli, Chinese, American, rest of the kuffar governments care about islam and the true Muslims?

Has that stopped us campaigning, speaking out, educating, and trying to safeguard the iman of the muslim ummah?

Have you forgotten that speaking the truth against a tyrant is jihad?

Even if the whole ummah turns their back, should we stop speaking the truth?

If we don't speak the truth now then the truth will be lost to the future generations who will grow up with this falsehood and not know any different.

Some people take pride in living in the West and proudly proclaim that we have freedom of religion, we have freedom of speech. So use this freedom of religion and use this freedom of speech! But the reality is that freedom of religion and freedom of speech is just an illusion. They change your religion before you practice it! They change your opinion before you speak it! Only a few have been saved from this deception.

Problem is, that the ulema and the ummah are united in hating the kuffar and considering them the villains.

In the case of MBS no such unification has yet been achieved. To some he is a "handsome hero, who is the savior of Islam." Who then is going to campaign against him or against the fitnah that is spreading due to him?

Even if you question these people, the excuses that will be offered will be the same old. About how the unity of Muslims should not get affected. That at least the Muslims are able to practice their deen in the land, then why revolt and create chaos, etc, etc.

Truth is much simpler than that. The love for dunya trumps all.

ulema dont wana lose their free hajj or trips to haramain. ive also noticed how ulema will be happy to mock pak bang ind afgh and any other muslim nation for doing bad things but saudia always gets a free pass. funny thing is the ulema and people who are most openly speak against saudi are also salafi too eg islam21c guys, 5pillarz, cage, even yasir qadhi lot. mbs is testing the waters and pushing the boundaries and who can blame him if no one is batting an eyelid, if had a straight choice between stopping mbs in his tracks and never ever getting to go haramain again il pick the former. preserving the sanctity of the hijaz is more important than me going for umrah and ziyaarah but unfortunately seems most consider going there more important than the dismantling of the sacred lands

Speaking out against USA, israel, china or any other non muslim country has not changed their foreign policy or domestic policy towards muslims. Criticism has fallen on deaf ears and will do again when speaking out against Saudis. Ulama are speaking and have been speaking out against music and free mixing so I dont see where truth has been suppressed.

I really don't understand why you are finding this difficult to understand.

1. Whether our speech falls on deaf ears or not, we still have an Islamic obligation to speak out. More so those who have an influence over our community. If we as a community do not speak out then we have left out an Islamic obligation and we will have to account for it.

2. If we as a community do not speak out then the future generations will start accepting such things as the norm and things will just go from worse to worse. The past religions were not corrupted overnight. They were corrupted little by little till they no longer resemble the truth that they once were.

3. Yes SOME ulama speak out against music and free mixing, but this is NOT just about music and free mixing. This is about inviting the devil and his minions to the doorstep of the haramain. At one time such a thing would be unimaginable. Do you understand that the kuffar are challenging Allah by polluting the sanctity of the haramain? The sanctity of hejaz? The sanctity of the land of Rasoolullah (saw)? The sanctity of the home of Islam?

If you really don't understand then ask away and I will try to help you understand. If you are just arguing for the sake of arguing then please don't bother as I don't have time for that. Jazakallah khair.

We do what Allah commands and leave results to him. If i don't get ecstacy from salah hajj and zikr shall i stop? If I tell my kids not to do something but they do it anyway shall i stop? Dont get this defeatest and cowardice negative mindset. Did the Prophet (saw) give up in makkah even though in terms of conversion and acceptance the makkah period was at face value ( worldly visible results) was a failure.

Maybe mbs won't listen but him knowing our anger and disapproval is better than him havin our silence and nodding heads
