And Indians prefer nation over Deen.

Gross galore!

@Muadh, with a post like that on their private parts, even the kuffar will want to declare jihad on Indians, lol.

Let me tell you something in 1986 in my early teens I moved to a new school. The father of one of my classmates happened to be one of the founder members of Tehreek e Kashmir.

An advocacy organisation for Kashmir formed in 1985. As a 13 year old I attended a lecture given by the late Dr Ayub Thakur the President of the world Kashmir Freedom movement. (Allah have mercy on his soul )you can read his story on wikipaedia he was living in exile.

And was from Indian occupied Kashmir, and had been involved in the Kashmiri freedom struggle since his student days , he had been imprisoned and tortured for his advocacy for Kashmir by the Indian occupiers. He spent his entire life struggling for the freedom of the Kashmiri people.

The father of my school friend, Muhammad Ghalib is 30 years or so later the president of Tehreek e Kashmir Europe.

During my youth I attended the meetings, wrote the campaign letters to the likes of BBC and Members of Parliament.

The late Dr Syed Munnawar Hussain Mashadi (May Allah have mercy on his soul). Was the president of Tehreek e Kashmir U.K.

He was the author of the Book "Socialism and Islam"..Wrote countless articles booklets on the Kashmiri freedom struggle, including one citing the legitimacy of the Kashmiri Resistance in the light of Quran and Sunnah entitled. 'Reviving the atmosphere of Badr.'

Arshad Malik author of the book. 'Kashmir a silent cry for Freedom.' Was also a member of Tehreek e Kashmir. And a young University graduate at that time.

I heard late Lord Avebury then a chair of the British Parliamentary Human rights group speak on Kashmir and the attrocities that where happening there. I heard accounts from leaders of Hurriyet in Kashmir in recorded phone calls. This is before the internet age.

I heard the eyewitness accounts by Dr william Baker an american christian minister who visited Kashmir, and who wrote a self published book called 'Kashmir fron a Happy Valley to a Valley of Death.'

I read the accounts recorded by international Human Rights Organisations before they where banned by India from entering Kashmir. This is during the 90"s by Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch..Physician for Humans Rights.

The testimonies that i have read have haunted me since my youth. Daughters of Islam being raped and being mocked and told to call on your ALLAH..Women in villages in the height of winter gathered being forced to strip naked in the snow and raped infront of their families..children raped infront of parents even the story of an elderly man raped infront of his children and grand children. Numerous accounts of various methods of sexual torture being used.

The height of this barbarity was in the 1990's, this was before the internet age ...At that time the focus of the world was on Bosnia and the mass rape and genocide that was taking place there. Kashmir went unnoticed.

I understand you are trying to educate me on some sort of political intrigues behind the Kashmir conflict. Well let me tell you something the issue of Kashmir has been close to my heart since the age of 13 way before the armed uprising began.

There is nothing you need to educate me on. If you want to educate someone go and educate these ignorant jahils who believe their Bharat and its forces are on Haq.

For your information the first powerful resistance organisation in Kashmir was Hizb Ul Mujahadeen it is associated with Jammat e Islami.
The Deobandis groups came after.

The Kashmiri people have been bought and sold like cattle for nearly 2 hundred years. Allama Iqbal was moved to write a poem on this he stated.
" Oh breeze if you pass by Geneva sometimes. Carry this message to leauge of nations. Each mountain, each valley, each field each farmer they sold, they sold a nation for a price that makes my blood icecold."

In conclusion the Kashmiri people are on Haqq and anyone who opposes their right to freedom is on batil.

There is nothing new in your post and may Allah Ta'ala give you the best of rewards. Several posts ago I have already mentioned Jamaat-e-Islami vs Deobandees on this issue.

The point still remains that just because someone is close to your heart doesn’t mean that others view it from the same perspective.

From an “Indian” perspective, a part of their country is trying to potentially break away and Pakistan is stoking the separated movement. I keep saying it again and again, the issue of Bangladesh is similar where you have a Pakistani perspective vs Bangali perspective.

Once you get the initial hurdle of actually admitting that someone may have a separate perspective to you, you can argue the toss and figure out who is right and who is wrong…May be their perspective is wrong, may be you are being too emotional.

Bangalees have the same issue and have the same emotional breakdown on the issue of Bangladesh.

May Allah Ta'ala assist the Muslims of Kashmir and everywhere (Ameen).

Jazakallahu Khayran

Haqq is Haqq and Batil is Batil.

Or as Malcom x put it..."Wrong is wrong no matter who is doing or who is responsible."

By the logic your applying of looking at the other perspective..then we can state that the Serbians had a logical position in butchering the Bosnians and the Kosovans.

The Israelis have justification in their oppression of Palestinians. Or their invasion of Lebanon in the past.

Asad has logic in commiting genocide against the people of Shaam.

The empires of Persia and Byzantine had logic in fighting the Sahaba.

The Mushrikin of Makkah had logic in waging war against the Muslims.
Astaghfirullah.

Pharaoh had logic in attacking Musa (Alayhi Salaam) and the Bani Israeil, after all he was only trying to protect his empire.
Astaghfirullah.

Lahawala wala Quwwata illahBillah.

What kind of incoherent logic is this? It has neither reason no rhyme to it.

In simple words, maudh is trying to say that all this fights have nothing to do with Islam. It's all power game. And I think, Pakistan was mostly built to gain power (with due resepct to Ulema supported it with good intention). And till date, pakistani politicians are fighting for power, unable to give a stable government in last 70 years

It is ironic, isn't it? Let's just put Jihad aside for a moment. When the Pak army decides to defend its borders through any means possible, even if it means striking the enemy within its own jurisdiction, then what they are doing is terrorism. But when the Indian army does the same, or is busy defending its own borders, they are heroes. The hypocrisy in this is visible to any unbiased observer.

Now that we have an understanding of the issue, let me ask a few simple questions from these Indians.

If the Kashmir Jihad is terrorism because it is being fueled by the political elements of Pakistan, then would you guys support a Jihad being fueled by, lets say, the British Muslims?
What about the Afghan Jihad of the Soviet era, what do you think of it? What about the current Afghan Jihad?
What about the Palestinian Jihad?
What about the Jihad of Hazrat Hussain (RA)?

After all, almost all of these Jihadi movements have political undertones. Or is it that you have a problem only with politics of the Pakistani kind? Then what do you think of the Bosnian Jihad?
Or is it that you do believe in Jihad but only when it is happening in a region far away from your homes? Or happening in a century that you were not alive in?

Answer simply, not vaguely.

The movement in Kashmir is no more for Pakistan. Most of the Kashmiris don't want to separate from India to join Pakistan,no more !

They want an 'Independent state of Kashmir',consisting of both Azad Kashmir and Indian occupied Kashmir.

Despite being fully aware of it,I still whole heartedly support the cause of Kashmiris, would you still call it Pakistani nationalism ?

I know after gaining independence from India, they would be contesting Gilgat baltistan with Pakistan. If they can prove their case legally,I will be standing by them. Would you still call it Pakistani nationalism ?

A Muslim stands only with Haq,even if it means going against one,s own interests !

Assalamua'laikum

If kashmiri's want independent state, then why has pakistan occupied kashmir ? Kashmir is an integral part of India, Yes if they fought with India for independent state, I would definitely support them, assuming that they want freedom. What has pakistan to do with Kashmir ? If it's Muslim brotherhood, then I would recommend the same in China too.

Azad Kashmir was liberated in 1947,then the area was contested between India and Pakistan, the idea of independent Kashmir is a much later development..

And NO,Kashmir is NOT an integral part of India :)

It is an 'unfinished agenda' of partition, and India has promised to hold referendum in Kashmir to give Kashmiri,s a choice where they want to go...

We are fighting for their right of self determination !

If a referendum is held,it will be in both parts of Kashmir, not only in Indian occupied Kashmir.Whatever Kashmiris decide will be equally binding on Pakistan and India.

Brother,it is a just cause !

As for Chinese Muslims, our hearts bleed for them.i wish we had enough strength to fight for all the oppressed Muslims everywhere in the world.Unfortunately we don't have such strength.Pakistan is facing a hostile India on its eastren borders and Indian influenced Afghanistan on its western border, plus a hypocritical Shia Iran on its southern border, add China to it in the north, and tell me how many enemies can Pakistan handle in one go ?

Bro I know Adil was a kashmiri, but the group he belongs to is from Pakistan. And the suicide bombing is haram in Islam. There are other good ways to fight for the cause.

For example

Dr. Shah Faesal (Urdu: شاہ فیصل, born 17 May 1983) is a former Indian civil servant from Jammu and Kashmir. In 2009, he became the first Kashmiri to top the Indian Civil Services Examination and the first candidate from Kashmir in several years to be selected to the Indian Administrative Service through open merit. He resigned from IAS on 9 January 2019 citing alleged unabated killings in Kashmir.

He was the first Kashmiri to top the Indian Civil Services Examination in 2009.[1][2][3][4][5] He holds an MBBS degree from Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences'SKIMS, Srinagar.[6][7][8]

You guys will say anything to prevent endorsing Jihad that will make you responsible for helping them with it. Nice try with the suicide bombing "fatwa" but you need to go read up on it a bit more.
And you said if they are fighting India for independence, you guys would support them. Then why don't you guys support them by showing them other "good" ways of doing this Jihad.

Anyways, just answer the questions I have posed in the post before my last one so that I get a clear idea of what you guys consider Jihad.
