I think the kinds of fitnah being generated by the MeToo movement are greater than any benefits being gained from it. Such as the acceptance of women's words without any kind of proof. The abandonment of "innocent until proven guilty" law especially in the case of men. Women not being held accountable at all in cases of false accusations because doing so would be "sexist".
And the most dangerous of all is the disillusionment of men with marriage and with women in general, and the push to normalize satisfying of one's carnal desires with a robot, which won't ever say anything back to the man, or ever accuse him of anything. This will all lead to a breakdown of the social structures. For the moment these effects might be evident only in the non-Muslim world, but since Muslims have a habit of copying anything the non-Muslims do, I fear we will soon be seeing this in our societies too.

To be honest, the state of a few Muslims in every corner of every Town, City and Village, there will be such ruined souls.So in those cases, if they copy them and refrain from such things, it's a step in the right direction.

It's not just this case where we find them ^going_comingback to our way. When the worlds bank were having issues (e.g. Greece) the solutions were being looked into. No prizes for guessing what they found to be the best form of banking
