"This needs money and this money must be coming from somewhere. They do not give accounts to us, the public, and I am not after them to disclose their income."

Both Jamiats are registered charities so don't you have something like a charity commission in india where you can access their annual accounts? Unless you are asking for source of every cent received then that's not possible with any charity in the world except name of donors and amounts given to political organizations in some countries.

??? How is this relevant to my post unless you are asking they give breakdown of how much jamiat's employees get paid? That should be in their charity account but do not necessarily how to list salaries paid to lower grade employees and just give overall staff salary.

I could also post a photo of him sat in land cruiser. There is nothing wrong with rickshaw or a luxury car as one has to live within their means but i don't get what you are trying to prove.

Your photo will get removed as it has eyes.

Is the Urdu version below appropriate guys?

हम मुसलमानों ने फैसला किया है की हमारा वोट हमारी पार्टियों के विवेकाधीन है.

We Muslims have decided that our vote is at the discretion of our parties.

ہم مسلمانوں نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ ہمارا ووٹ ہماری جماعتوں کے ایماپر ہے۔

I would suggest

Our vote is for collective benefit of ummah. We would prefer them over some one who prefers his own gains over collective ummah's gains.
(We would reject our own brother).

There two contradictory statements being discussed. One statement says, we have given up, we can't stop non-secular forces, so let us form our own block. Of course sit in opposition.

The other statement is when secular parties get chance to get power, we can bargain with these parties for ummah's development.
Confusing.

My request was about whether Urdu version is appropriate or not.
It was not about alternative ideas.
Being a pretty senior person on the Forum it is now my turn to consult, do Mashwirah, with the juniors.
You are too far down the line in that list so at the moment you are not in my Majlis-e-Shoora.

If the candidate is in the category of our rejection, we would vote against him, even if he is my shaykh, mufti, imam or most pious person. Because it is a pure political decision, unrelated to consultation in deeni aamaal. Like maulana saad sab once said, "don't go and vote, you salah will not be accepted for a month due to the ink on your finger". One shyakh said "Your vote means you are accepting the candidate's Haraam actions". So election is a pure political process, we go with the political experts.

Mufti Saeed Khan Sahab on Aligarh : Video

I am displeased that Mufti sahab would believe such stories.

Sir Syed Ahmed Khan requested Hazrat Qasim Nanotwi RA to take care of theology education at Aligarh and later sent his grandson for the same purpose.

Sir Syed wrote the most glorious obituary of Hazrat Qasim Nanotwi Sahab RA.

In view of these two inputs only it will imply that Mufti Sahab should do a slightly more comprehensive assessment of the situation.
