If the ulema are going to wait for the support of majority Muslims before they start acting against the kufrya and zindeeq forces controlling any Muslim country then by that time Qiyamah will be upon us. They'll have to act decisively with whatever support they already have.

THE KHILAAFAT

Q. The world we live in today has no Islamic State, no actual Muslim leader, no Khalifa. Isn't it important that we Muslims establish a khilafat once more? I've heard some people say that it's Fardh Kifayah to establish the khilafah, while some say it's Fardh Ayin. If it's Fardh Kifayah, no one's actually doing it, if it's Fardh Ayin, are we all sinners?

How are we to keep living our lives like this while it's been over a century without an actual Khalifa? (Yes, Allah Ta'ala had abolished the Khilaafat because of the corruption and treachery of Muslims - Al-Haq) Please shed some light upon this matter.

A. If you believe that establishing Khilaafat is Fardh Ain, then it is your obligation to proceed with the execution of this Fardh-e-Ain obligation. You will have to devise the means for executing the obligation. We have no advice on this issue. If it is Fardh-e-Kifaayah, then too, it is for you to proceed and see what you can do in the matter.

The reality is that it is Fardh on all governments and all armies in Muslim countries to establish the Khilaafat, but the other reality is that all of them are munaafiq and kuffaar. In the absence of power, the only option is Sabr. The Fardh-e-Ain obligation of every Muslim is Inaabat Ilallaah, that is, to turn to Allah Ta'ala with repentance, renewal of the pledge of obedience and total adoption of the Sunnah and Shariah. If Muslims follow this Path, Allah Ta'ala Himself will establish the Khilaafat. He will then enact the Badr scenario.

I remember the 90's khilafah movement, they had flyers everywhere in London, tubes, buses, etc, the group morphed into Al Muhajiroun.

They did, Syria, Iraq and Egypt did , lots of money, all they got was rubbish hardware that did not perform in the 67 and 73 war.

Hijab and scarves are also accepted in the US and the UK and most of Europe.

There are many videos from the military to the public where the rise of Islam is clearly being accepted in Russia. It's not new, rather, they are coming out in the open.
