The Israeli Defence Force struck “deep” within in Iran and killed one of the nation’s lead security figures, according to an IDF spokesperson.

During a press conference this afternoon, spokesperson Effie Defrin said "Israel killed Iran’s wartime chief of general staff Ali Shadmani, who ascended to the position after Israel killed his predecessor last week.

Defrin added, “We have struck deep, hitting Iran’s nuclear, ballistic and command capabilities”.


On paper iran is said to have th3 highest number of missiles. However the launch sites are being targeted and we are seeing less and less strikes against Israel.

US President Donald Trump is considering joining Israel to strike Iranian nuclear sites, including in Fordow, sources familiar with the issue are quoted as saying by CBS, the BBC's news partner in the US.

They say this was expected to be discussed in today's meeting in the Situation Room, adding that there is not a full agreement among Trump's closest advisers.

Iran has arrested a “terrorist team” tied to Israel carrying explosives in a town southwest of Tehran, Reuters reports, citing Iran’s state-run news agency.

The news comes just a few hours after Reuters also reported that Iran arrested a foreigner for filming “sensitive” areas near the Bushehr nuclear power plant, citing the Iranian news site Eghtesad Online, which claimed the foreigner was acting on behalf of Israel.

Trump has been hammered by many amongst his support base, and prominent voices, Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, Glenn Greenwald, Dave Smith. These are people with millions of followers, and are angry that he promised no more wars, especially in the Middle East, and campaigned on it, during his election and also on putting America First and spoke about no war with Iran ... Interesting to see if he fully and openly participates in Israel's war or is put off by the backlash from his own base and instead sticks to the logistical support for Israel.

Clue is in his meetings, he is leaving out anti war people like Tulsa and only including pro war people.

He will have to step in as irsel will nit be able to keep it up as its costing them millions , unless the Gulf states have agreed to bankroll it.
