If the girl has not attained buloog (adulthood), her Wali (guardian) marries her to a man of any age. He knows it harms her, then it is Dhulm. And the wali is Zaalim. It was his sacred responsibility to take care of the girl. He is misusing or abusing his powers. This happens in every law and in every society.
This is in today's context, today, girls are very weak, under-developed.
We met our old aged relatives, they had 10 healthy children at age of 25 to 30, those ladies were also healthy and they passed away at the age of 80s or 90s.
so it is for the Wali or groom to decide on whether to do dhulm on an young girl.
