Assalamu alaikum warahmatullah

I have realised that I have been bothering you all with my posts hence I have decided to take my leave from this forum. I sincerely apologise if I have ever wronged anyone here in any way shape or form.

May Allah bless you all.

I doubt you have wronged anyone sister.

The issue is misunderstandings and others not having the ability to overlook their error, as well as those who think they are funny.

In actual fact, it is better for members to be polite yet modest in their response and possibly sometimes aggressive simply to keep their distance and not create a fan base or an unintentional liking for themsleves.

My dear young girl I agree with brother Abu Muhammed.

I would like to add a few things.

Communication on the net is always a problem because the face of the person is not visible and you do not hear the voice and hence you many times miss the real intent of the person.

Nothing can be done about it. Emoticons help a little but only a little and these create additional problems. For example every time I use a smiley on Facebook to impress upon the other person that I am not being rude or critical then it is possible that the other person will get the other impression that I am not being serious.

Yet another thing is that on the net people try to be extra nice and extra pious than they usually are. This creates problems for all of us. When I am trying to project myself more pious than my actual level of piety it is clear that I am not being truthful. On the other side a person who looks so wonderful is in all probability is less than that. In such cases we have to reduce our expectations from others drastically. It is true in real life and it is more true on the net. Plus we ourselves have to make the most sincere effort to act and behave according to our actual level of piety. It is so difficult.

In view of these type of considerations it is also necessary that we take all the negative input in our stride and not get perturbed to that level which is not due.

So relax and cheer up and keep doing your work.

Assalamualaykum sister hope you are still with us on the site.

No one is a bother to anyone. If anyone is getting bothered by anything then they need to take a deep look at themselves.

In my experience if you don’t ask you will never know and you can’t gain knowledge. The beauty of Islam is that we are here to help each other to gain knowledge. Benefit from the positive and ignore the negative.

Sorry for the late reply.

W-Salam,

I was on the plane yesterday and next to me was a medical student in the second year (Non-Muslim). I recalled the story that when I submitted my Thesis, the professor tore it apart (literally physically), I was so angry!

The second draft was not much better.

The third draft was barely tolerated but when it was evaluated it was fantastic. Professor made me feel like I was an absolute, bumbling idiot!

What I didn't realise is that Professor was pushing me to excel and reach a stage which even I didn't know I could reach!

You can quit OR you can get better.

Your choice.

Well! I think that he who can't accept his mistakes isn't a real man. I apologize from the depths of my heart to anyone on this forum to whom I ever said or wrote anything which offended him or her. English is not my first language and I didn't know that my reply which I gave in a very light mood will be considered offensive and insulting. I apologize to the sister on this very forum in front of everyone because I offended her in front of every one. Although, I have previously apologized but I think that I should apologize again in front of everyone.

However, it is my sincere advice to be strong spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and physically as more tougher times are yet to come. If I was as sensitive as I was four years back, then I would have become insane after reading posts in reply to me by a particular member in this very forum. it is the barakah of tassawuf and dhikr which have made me strong. Ilm and understanding of deen is not cheap. it demands sacrifice.

I want to see a STRONG, ROBUST, ENERGETIC, BRAVE, HONOURABLE, HONEST, VICTORIOUS and GLORIOUS ummah and for that we need GREAT and STRONG WOMEN who can support their fathers, brothers, husbands and sons in this FIERCE and FINAL War.

Bhai I did post an answer to your apology on your YT channel. I later on deleted because I didn't want people to recognise me on different platforms. Maulana Yasin discussed it today and I guess he also messaged you but I don't think there was a need to apologise again.

Finally thanks to everyone (including sipraomer) for all the great advices.
