salaam brother,

my family and i are also going through a test. whatever happens is through the will of allah and is only limited to this world. so you must make sabr, and then inshallah your test will be a means of gaining nearness to allah and you will see the benefit in the eternal world of the hereafter. seek out the pious and the righteous and spend time in their company. their iman will give your iman a boost and inshallah bring comfort to your heart. recite abundant dhikr with durood. seek solace in the quran. make plenty of dua. and then leave your matter in the hands of allah. submit your fate to allah and be at peace with whatever allah decides.

also it is good to talk. it will help put your problem into perspective and will help you cope better. seek out someone on the sunnah and knowledgable that you trust and talk to them.

May allah ease all your affairs and relieve you of these sufferings ameen. Some years back i was in major trouble also ( ofcourse not as painful as yours) . My inlaws came to me for divorce only bcos i was a revert and since i had no place to.stay i was literally staying in mumbai waiting room for 3 nights. And all day i used to take my luggage to office where i worked not knowing where i will stay at night. My husband was not allowed to meet me also. And i was new to islam as well.my family had disowned me due to change of religion. All doors closed did not know where to go and what to do. Thats when i started praying my first tahajjud and besides that i used to read the dua of taif which the prophet s.a.w.s read when troubled. Believe me tables turned biznillah and someone from my husbands own family came as an angel and made my husband see sense. Saw all doors opening one by one with so much ease. Subhanallah. I have experienced instant relief on making the dua of taif whenever im down or i can see no way out of something. Mashallah and like we all know tahajjud is such an arrow that never misses its aim.
