Equivalency is not the same as claiming something. I am a consultant with experience in my field in four different continents of the world so can I claim 3 PhDs based on my life experience?
Alamiyya is conferred upon someone completing Dars-e-Nizami in an institute, I cannot claim Alamiyya doesn’t matter about the equivalency of my education.
I think you are smart enough not to make ridiculous and baseless arguments. Get the Institutes evaluated to confer PhD upon its graduates and then use it.

We don’t have the right to cheapen someone’s hard work, dedication and achievement. Dr76 is a medical Doctor and a consultant and he has achieved it through hard work and we should respect that.
If dream catcher wants a single PhD (let alone two), go out and get it like everyone else.
