I didn't see it that way, he seemed to think that by being agreeable, and servile and ultra friendly would appease the Islamaphobe.
He did not even know the basic rules of debating 101.
Fascinating case study Robinson was laying a trap, with each question so he could attack with a follow up. The Imam did not even give him an opportunity to follow up. Just submitted and volunteered opinions for the benefit of the Islamaphobe and his propaganda and served them on a platter.

These are the sort of answers I would have given when I was like a 12 year old school kid, and had no knowledge of Deen or Islamic history and geo-politics and no confidence.

These 15 minutes of fame will haunt the imam, and his comments have stirred a lot of division and discord amongst the Muslims. Judging by the reaction on Social Media.
Palestinians Vs non Palestinian claiming to speak on their behalf.
Arabs Vs Desi's
Pakistanis Vs Indians.
Barelwis Vs Deobandis.
Salafis Vs Deobandis.
Gujaratis Vs Non Gujaratis.

He gave a bad representation of Subcontinental scholarship, bad representation, of Deobandi school of thought, bad representation of the Gujarati community. Bad representation
of Islam overall, and managed to stir up ethnic tensions with in the Muslim community.

I would just go underground if I were him. Not because of safety but out of sheer embarrassment. He's been suspended from imamat atm.

British Transport Police have charged 32 year old Anthony Williams from Peterborough with ten counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm and one count of possessing a bladed article after a stabbing attack on a train in Cambridgeshire on Saturday.

A 35 year old man who was also arrested has been released without charge, and officers have confirmed he was not involved.

Meanwhile, many Islamophobes online jumped straight into spreading fake stories, claiming the attackers were Muslim and shouting “Allahu Akbar.” In reality, it was just one guy, and police have confirmed it is not being treated as terrorism related. Still, that has not stopped the usual crowd from clinging to their lies.

They do that after every incidence, from Nottingham attacker, the Scunthorpe attacker, the Liverpool driver how ploughed into crowd was white.
Then they insist all these attackers are Muslims, and the authorities are covering it up.
This all part of the Zionist psyop, and psychological warfare to instigate race riots targeting Muslims last years were just a taster.
And the Zionists are busy trying to create the same conflict across European countries.
Demonisation, vilification, and ostracisation of Muslims has become a primetime support.
Ironically alot of these rightwing political groups are getting funding from U.A.E. from Melonis party in Italy to National Front of Marie Le Penn in France and are lobbying all over Europe against "Muslim Brotherhood" or rather labelling all Muslim groups in Europe be it charity or community groups or media as Muslim Brotherhood.

The term Semite is now classified as obsolete on Encyclopaedia Brittanica. Seems the Zionists have had the classification changed. The following is now what it states.

"The term Semite is labeled as obsolete by Britannica. It was initially used in the 19th century to describe people who spoke Semitic languages such as Arabic and Hebrew. Later, the term was used in an ethnic sense to refer to people of Jewish origin. This was reflective of the antisemitism that was concurrent in 19th-century Europe.

Would you like to learn more about the history of the term Semite? "
