Many Issues with islamic videos on YouTube some include:

1) many islamic videos have music
2) women in many islamic vids
3) we all know it's HARAAM for men to look at women but likewise it's also HARAAM for women to look at men
3) another thing which is uncontrollable is all the HARAAM advertisements that come on the side or before the video starts

Not every Islamic YouTube video has music and women in the mix. There are many channels, that don't endorse commericials featuring on their videos, and besides there's an option to skip advertisements.

I am sure many scholars are aware of these potential fitans, but they wouldn't be putting up such videos, if YouTube didn't have such safeguards in place. The same applies for the likes of Faceboook.

Never open youtube from an app. There are ways to block it but it requires to root the smartphone which I won't advice for non-technical people.

Install ad blocker in the browser which you frequently use from your desktop or laptop. All ads from youtube will get blocked.

Scholars coming on YouTube are they only targeting MEN?

Cos it's very clear Women looking at men is HARAAM.

Haven't you seen the fatwas which state that according to the Hanafi madhab it is permissible for women to look at men with certain conditions? So according to that there is generally no issue with women watching male speakers on YouTube

The third point I would like to raise is what makes you assume that a woman is looking at the face of a Man? What makes you assume the absolute worst in people? Why can’t you assume that Muslims have Taqwa and have caution?
