It is the “Opinion” of Mufti Ibn Adam (HA) which he is giving you ON TOP of a Hadeeth. It is an “Opinion” of Mufti Kifayatullah (RA) which happens to conflict with an “Opinion” of Mufti Ibn Adam (HA). The “Opinions” of Majlis and others are banned on this site and that’s why they are getting blocked
3. IF you bring examples of free-mixing, men/women interacting together (without segregation) in a MOSQUE or in A BAZAAR they are wrong and impermissible and will be REJECTED. Do you get the point that it is free-mixing, men/women interacting together (without segregation) which is the issue EVEN IF IT HAPPENS at a MOSQUE.

So there are two complex issues which you are muddling:

1. ISSUE 1: Women attending a MOSQUE
2. ISSUE 2: Free-mixing, men/women interacting together (without segregation)

BOTH of these issues are completely irrelevant to the example in your OP hence you have been barking at the wrong tree for days. You have made SLANDER which is a serious crime.

Guidance of Islamic Shariah:

1. Nabi (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) ENCOUARGED women to pray at Home thus the implicit DISCOUARGEMENT is there to go to the Masjid
2. Nabi (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) DID NOT discourage a woman from travelling with her Husband for a Halal purpose, for a Halal reason providing that the conditions of Islamic Shariah are fulfilled

The default here is DISCOURAGMENT to a Mosque. If you get this point you understand the whole issue.

Application of Faulty Logic:

You are using your FAULTY LOGIC and applying a Hadeeth where it doesn’t belong.

1. Going to Mosque is Discouraged!
2. Therefore Going to Husband’s Aunty is also Discouraged
3. Because Going to Husband’s Aunty is LESS then going to Mosque.

Why is this Logic Faulty?

Because in order to declare something Halal or Haram you need evidence from Islamic Shariah and not conjecture and logic, for example:

1. Grape Juice is Halal
2. Wine (made from Grape Juice) is Haram
3. Vinegar (fermented wine) is Halal

For each of these is evidence from Islamic Shariah and not cnjecture and logic!

What would make going to Islamic Event for Women (or Men) Haram?

There is no default DISCOURAGMENT.

A violation of Shariah would make it Haram, for example:

1. Travelling without Mehram
2. Free-Mixing
3. Gender Interaction at the Event
4. Music (unfortunately it’s happening)
5. Any other Shariah violation
