in a dream regarding him after his death, as told by Mualana Tariq sahib:

Got nothing against you and never had.
Just asking you to deal with issue with Justice and Fairness.
You are asked questions because you are a "Mufti" so answer them instead of abusing other people and make Sarcastic (Tanziyaah) comments upon other.
The questions are:
Simple questions. You are a Mufti but instead of answering you become abusive and start making points which are XYZ.
Whether 5 Ulama are attending a Janazah or 500 or 5000...WHAT IS THE HUKUM for transporting a body after death?
I have to write long posts because you keep abusing instead of answering simple questions.
To this day you have NOT answered about the query about Indian (Muslim) Solider dying while defending his country against Pakistan. You abused, you made Tanz, you boasted that you will get an answer but you never actually answer.
In real life maybe because you are a Mufti so people make Sujood at your feet and that's their decision.

When you ask Ulama a question instead of answering they start abusing and disrespecting you that is not the kind of behavior which is permissable in Islam.

BACKGROUND: It is entirely possible that due to circumstances the body may not be identified and may not end up being buried in Karachi according to "Wasiyaat" but we are discussing the Mas'ala here. Hazrat-e-Aqdas Mufti Abu Bilal Saheb (DB) has continued to abuse instead of getting to the point.
Junaid Jamshed (RA) would be buried here at Darul Uloom, Karachi.
His janaza would be lead by Hazrat Shaykul Islam Mufti Taqi Sb (DB).
He was also a mureed of Hazrat.
May Allah grant him and the other shuhuda, jannatul firdous, ameen.

Oh man ..
He is being flown here, because it was his wasiyat to be buried at Darul Uloom.
The thousands of ulema who would be attending his janaza (if his janaza takes place) would be knowing the Sunnah better.

Hazrat Shaykul Islam Mufti Taqi Sb (DB).

It is Makrooh (disliked) to move the body from one place to another. However, some of the Fuqaha have written it to permissible therefore it is not correct to make it a routine and the Fatwa is on Karaha.
However, if there are exceptional circumstances and exceptional needs then there is “room for permissibility” by acting on the statement of other Fuqaha.

[quote= Me]
Transferring a dead body is Makrooh Tahreemi for laymen. They should follow Sunnah and bury the body as soon as possible and where the death has occured.
For Ulama, there is no problem with anything as justification can be found...For Mureeds anything goes...

This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
