It's from Iman to become angry for the sake of Allah Ta'ala. It's from Iman to feel pain and concern when wrongdoings are committed. It's also from Iman to have ghairah (possessiveness) for Deen. Certainly, we don't have Iman and ghairah for Deen like Rasulullah, yet under worse circumstances Allah Ta'ala thus reminded His Nabi:
(When Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam cursed the mushrikeen during the battle of Uhud when they injured him, Allah prohibited him by saying,) You have no choice in the matter (of punishing the mushrikeen. Only Allah decides if and when people ought to be punished). (If Allah wills,) He shall grant them the ability to repent (and become Muslims) or He may punish them (if he chooses not to guide them to Islam), for they are indeed oppressors (oppressing themselves by not becoming Muslims).
