Maajid Nawaaz getting exposed by his former allies ..... t.co/lnktXlHnqD

Here Quilliam gets a grilling from Mp's on the home affairs select committee .... t.co/47kz1aVw9X

You do realise that the Maajid Nawaaz Character has been deliberately trying to invoke a fatwa against himself.... That will give him greater legitimacy amongst his Islamaphobe allies and help him get greater money making opportunities and gigs especially in America.

"...Look this is what I have been saying all along the Islamists (i.e. mainstreams muslims) are intolerant towards any alternative opinion,
these type of fatwas are what preventing the silent majority of muslims in coming out in support of the need for reform... Islam is in critical reformation and modernisation."

The Former Pakistani Ambassador Hussain Haqqani has been raking in the Dollars in America since he was named and shamed.... Looks like Maajid Nawaz wants a share of the loot. Islamaphobia is a Multi million dollar industry.

If anything I think if anyone needs to be shamed its Shaykh Suhaib Hassan he needs to clarify his stand as regards his son Usamah Hassan and his work for the Quilliam Foundation.

InshaAllah there is hope as Abd-Allah ibn Ubayy left behind several children, all of whom became devout Muslims

Whilst the above mentioned (in the two posts) may join in the ranks of other hypocrites we should still follow the Sunnah of Our Beloved (saw)

Whenever he spoke to the Munafiq, His words (saw) sweet yet piercing. His words (saw) would hit the ego where it hurt without being rude or abusive. Lets try to keep that Sunnah going too.

The difference is Abdullah ibn Ubay would secretly villify Islam when amongst people of his own ranks and his fellow hypocrites. But publically he would praise Islam.

The likes Maajid Nawaaz who brazenly attack and villify Islam are like the suppporters of Abu Jahl and need to be treated accordingly.

Jazakallah upping the description of such filth among us. (If comparisons aren't made in public, the laypeople will continue to follow and ignore the truth about their peers)

Now we all have a better image of these characters, I hope no one praises the Quilliam foundation and any of its members or speakers. Even if they do good, there is going to be a motive behind it.

100% agree. maajid is more like abu jahl than abdullah bin ubay. the munafiqs of madinah hwhere just an internal fitnah mostly motivated by power and position ( not condoning them) where as others like mushriks of quraish had issues with islam itself, maajid is same. however unlike other murtads he is refusing to call himself and ex muslim and is using this silly liberal reformist BS. the sad thing is jaahil people are falling for him. I was recently told that other murtad usama hasan is delivering tafsir classes and majority of those who sit are 'gay' muslims who like his dars because its non judgmental. think every mosques should discuss this issue on jummah so everyone is made aware of these shayateen

Abu Jahal was not even trying to say he was Muslim. He was an open Mushrik. ibn Ubbay was outwardly a Muslim but really a munafiq which was is well known.

We can't call Maajid a Mushrik, rather a Munafiq is more fitting as we all know that Munafiqeen are far worse an enemy than the Mushrik.

As per his book Maajid Nawaaz mother divorced his father whilst Nawaaz was in prison in Egypt. And began a relationship with a Non-Muslim Englishman, Maajid himself performed the Nikkah of his Mother with her Boyfriend when they both visited him in Egypt.

His original wife may Allah grant her steadfastness, stood by him whilst he was in prison, diligently campaigned for his release... After realising his deviancy upon his release divorced him, he had one son from his original wife with whom he has no contact.

His Brother Kaashif Hassan Nawaz and his Sister-in-Law were co-hosts of the highly popular Hassan and Habibah show, on Islam Channel. Because of Maajid Nawaaz he had to give up his show and remove himself from the public spotlight. As far as I know his Brother has disowned Maajid.

It is well known that Maajid Nawaaz became an atheist whilst in prison in Egypt and that he also had a homosexual relationship with a fellow prisoner. Although he refuses to acknowledge this he however he did in his book enumerate various sexual conquests upon his release from prison, amongst those various women was a guy called Jeremy.

When the Quilliam Foundation was originated the very first things that Ed Hussain publically set down as an agenda was equality for Homosexuals. It is also widely believed that both Ed Hussein and Usamah Hasan are "bisexual".

So what we have is a group of Homosexual/bisexual atheists, pretending to be muslim in order to undermine Islam.

So the fact that Usamah Hasan runs Tafseer classes for Homosexuals should come as no surprise.

Dr Usama Hasan leads Eid prayers at controversial “inclusive” mosque

by 5 Pillars

Dr Usama Hasan led the Eid prayers at the “Inclusive Mosque Initiative” (IMI) – which is open to all genders and sexual orientations, allows men and women to pray side-by side and females to lead the salah.

Usama Hasan who is a senior researcher at the counter-extremism think-tank, Quilliam Foundation was gifted with a book by the IMI for leading the prayers.

hasan2 IMI tweeted Usama Hasan: “Thank you for blessing us with your presence. Allahuakbar.”

The controversial IMI launched its project last year when its UK co-ordinator, Tamsila Tauqir said on a BBC radio show that: “We want to start our own mosques, we’re not aiming to change existing mosques or tell them what they should or shouldn’t be doing.

“The initiative is to create another space for Muslims who don’t feel welcome, disenfranchised with what currently exists. We want to start our own, reaching out to all Muslims regardless of sexuality, gender, gender identity, denomination, Shia or Sunni, ethnicity or language.”

Ms Tauqir also highlighted last year that not only will the IMI welcome the LGBT community but it will also allow men and women to pray side-by-side. All this goes against the orthodox rules on homosexuality, free mixing and gender segregation within traditional Islamic law.

The IMI launched its project in light of the outrage from the Muslim community about Muslim MPs voting in support of the Same Sex Marriage policy in 2013.

It’s an initiative that has angered many Muslims, but Ms Tauqir insisted that they will not “pressure other mosques to follow suit”.

IMI and the Safra Project

Although the IMI has a very small following in the UK, it is part of a global network with sites in India and Malaysia. They also have support networks in the US, Canada, South Africa, Australia and Sweden. The IMI aims to set up a network of international mosques based on the same ethos.

Safra Project is a resource organization working on issues relating to lesbian, bisexual or transgender women who identify themselves as Muslim. The Safra Project was set up in October 2001 by “Lesbian Muslim” (LBT) women.

They aim to deal with the issues faced by LBT women, prejudices based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender, religion, race, culture and immigration status which they believe are currently insufficiently addressed.

Condemnation

Last year 5Pillarz spoke to numerous leaders of the British Muslim community regarding their views on homosexuality and IMI.

Director and Founder of Ebrahim College, Sheikh Shams Ad-Duha Muhammad told 5Pillarz: “There are three issues. Firstly, Islam does not accept homosexuality. Secondly, there is a consensus on the matter of free mixing and segregation in mosques, this will never change.

Sheikh Shams Ad Duha of Ebrahim College
Sheikh Shams Ad Duha of Ebrahim College
“Women who feel they don’t get equal access to mosques due to cultural biases need to know this is not from Islam. Women should be facilitated for, this needs to be addressed and is open for discussion.

“Muslims should always resist calls from outside to reform our religion which goes against the Quran, Sunnah, Ijma Sahabah and juristic traditions.

“Being a homosexual does not necessarily mean you’re an apostate. It comes down to whether the individual perceives homosexuality as ideologically justified, has committed isolated acts or gets homosexual urges.

“As far as we’re concerned, gays are like any other Muslims who sin, we are all sinners and sinners are welcome in any mosque. Whoever said homosexuals aren’t welcome in mosques is talking nonsense.”

Media Representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Taji Mustafa said: “In the West, we see increasing attempts to invent a ‘Western’ Islam that claims that Islamic guidance from the All knowing Creator is not clear on matters such as same-sex relationships. An Islam designed to suit Western tastes, not the Islam revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (saw).”

iERA, MRDF, Hittin Institute among many other British Muslim organisations told 5Pillarz last year that they opposed IMI.

You have rightly pointed out that the bigger problem in all of these issues is Shuaib Hasan. He willingly let his son lead salah when he was uttering kufr. He has made ridiculous remarks in defence of his son none of which he openly retracted. I do not know why some silly deobandis like al khair invite him on their TV channel. Reminds me of the time when certain ulema were in bed with Usama and giving him a platform with regards to moonsighting.

Also this softie-softie aklaaq way is not the way with monkeys like Usama Hasan (who believes in evolution so monkey rightly describes him) and his father. They need to be heavily refuted as they have refused to reason with people. A tough stance needs to be taken on Shuaib Hasan and people need to be told this openly. With regards to Usama, Majid and his ilk I agree we should not give such filth any form of publicity. For them negative publicity is good publicitiy as rightly pointed out by brother abdur rahman.

i disagree bro, in todays day and age core fundamentals of islam are being attacked. its not like before when only if you openly fought against west or praised likes or taliban and al qaedah you was deemed as an extremist. scum like maajid is seen as voice of muslims by govt and non muslims. if tomorrow he says anyone who prays 5 times a day is an extremists the govt and his dumb sheep like white islamphobe followers would believe it. whats worse is muslims who are already on the brink of becoming murtad see maajid as some sort of saviour who justifying their evil ways.

So you really feel that issuing Fatwas against Maajid Nawaaz ( Who by the way wants Fatwas to be issued against him), and having the media and politicians to rally around him in support. Therefore giving him a greater platform is going to resolve this issue?

well i believe every single muslim ought to be told he is a filthy murtad and his arguments should all be refuted. if not then those who have very little imaan to begin with just may take him seriously and end up supporting his so called reformed islam

Vast Majority Muslims have already rejected him, even those with limited knowledge of Deen can tell the guy is a deviant and government agent.

The few that support him, are individuals who already hold similar beliefs.

The best way to deal with organisations like Quilliam Foundation is to do whjat the media does that is to employ the art of Investigative Journalism. Infiltrate the group make attachments with those involved in the group and then secretly record footage of these individuals exposing their real agenda and then releasing that footage.
