Precisely my point I know the Brother BHAI1 from his days at Sunniforum, his natural style of writing and terminology is very different....!

I am a 40 something year old Uncle myself...Us Uncles try to be more sophisticated when we get to 40 its called a midlife crisis.

Wait till you get to 40. It happens to everyone.

That makes a trio of uncles. just because my style of writing is less articulate than yours but a little clearer than the brother, don't mean I'm in my 20's lololol.

bro, I was born in the 1300's

The problem that I feel when reading some brothers' posts, is that they don't care for placing punctuation where they should be. May be because they are native to English (or may be some other reason), but that makes it hard for us to get the point.

Doesn't the writing should be crystal clear to help everyone get the theme?? As the purpose here is dawah!!!

Personally I would advise everyone to read the blog post

Then I would ask each one of you to reflect upon its message and see who has acted upon it and who has disregarded it.

Actually I'll reproduce the blog post here because I noticed that so many older thread posts have been edited and now I can't quote on it. that's not fair and mods shouldn't allow that. So many posts look like they are looney.

Quote:
our conduct should be sublime and captivating.

Whosoever sits with us should be inclined towards Islam.

There should be no need to convince anyone to accept the Truth.

Therefore, in this country if you wish to live peacefully and have an opportunity to present Islam to the host community, you will need to inculcate and manifest sterling qualities, not just inside the Mosques but also outside in the streets,
in the markets, in your daily activities, and at home.

A life of Taqwa will immediately attract non-Muslims towards Islam.

You should earn your place and leave an imprint on the host community of your value and significance.
You must show your exemplary conduct is far nobler than that of other people.
You must impart on them the lessons of humanity.
You should demonstrate such commitment and noble virtues that impress on people that there cannot be found more upright humans elsewhere besides you.

You need to establish your worth, showing what blessing and mercy you are for the country.

do not forget to earn your place in this country. Gain proficiency of the national language and use it to effectively propagate Islam.
Prepare writers and orators to convey the message of Islam. Although you will distance yourself from their religion, do not distance yourself from them. Establish your credibility

Earn your recognition. Do not be like a straw or crop that is uprooted by a mere breeze.

You should be so firm that not even a hurricane is able to displace you.

Display such noble character that you attract the hearts of the people.

dewsbury tablighi markaz 1982

I love the message, shame it doesn't get followed

Uncle, that's Ahmed bhai from the old sf days?!

I had a hunch and knew it was someone from sf but couldn't put my finger on who it was exactly.

Anyways, big ups and props to bhai Ahmed! :-)

He's not like what's suggested here...

What's being suggested bro?

Did I miss something :)

Looks like majority of the posts are normal sympathizing ones showing sympathy for networks created by the gov and that we shouldn't ask questions, but remain hush about fake news.

Just a thought and I'm entitled to that. I don't want to be brainwashed into believing anything.

Lol, look at some of the Salafi threads, that's where people get brainwashed and they don't even know it. In fact there was a thread about a scholar who was deluded for 25 years.....25 YEARS!

I ain't saying anyone is deluded, maybe abu mohammed and super glue are the deluded with their conspiracy theories which do actually hold onto their arguments and so actually prove something, something that is being enforced upon us.

This is what they did on 9/11, 7/7 and probably every additional attack the government will carry out on its own people to justify their murders abroad. 9/11 with did they know about the planes (WHAT PLANES?), were they aware of the threat? (Well they were the threat) and so on.

I can believe that the western forces will do a blast in a Shia Mosque and implant enough clues so that the whole world concludes that it was a Sunni job.
Then they will do a blast in a Sunni area and implant enough clues so that the whole world concludes that it was a Shia job.
Sabotage is regular technique in western armed forces, particularly the US.

That they will do something like 9/11 or the Tube Blasts is stretching the things a bit far.
Their gutter type novelists certainly have been churning our best sellers for decades along the same lines but reality happens to be little bit more conservative. Of course in cases it is stranger than fiction but in the present case it is difficult for me to belief this line of argument.

That is, I can not go to the town and assert that 9/11 was an insider job.
To assert the same, therefore, before Muslims is a task that that I am not upto.

May be tomorrow 9/11 will turn out to be an insider job.
If that happens then I do run the risk of look most silly person on the planet.

I have another argument.
By now so much has happened that it is impossible to deny that some Muslims are involved in armed struggle.
For example no one feels like denying that Muslims gave the commies a bloody enough nose that the USSR fell apart.

Over the course of events it got burried in the avalanche of news otherwise there was even a US report that Talibans are not terrorists but militants fighters.

But lately they have been restored to be on the side of the devil. I do not deny extreme duplicity to the western diplomatic utterings.

So what you could have done is to point out that our brothers and sisters, including the brother in question, should not say or post a single word that bolsters the western case.

I shall agree to that and I shall request our brother to avoid analyzing this issue or any issue starting with the assumptions that ultimately benefit those who have placed themselves against Islam and Muslims.

Quote:
I firmly believe that this reason is untrue. It's a way to get the public to accept that this happens on rational basis. I believe these case studies and reports are also a propaganda tool. Quoting the infamous insight of Thomas Pynchon, "If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don't have to worry about answers"

I could not agree more my brother.
This is a point that must be hammered into our brains.
In fact there should be a thread here on this very point, that is, how the west forces us into asking wrong questions.
Incidentally there game, I feel, is up.
And we Muslims should know that too.

The game is up at the intellectual level only.
The west still possesses disproportionate military power and that has carried on their duplicitous agenda.
Of course it does not help that the Muslim world lacks leaders to take the responsibility that is due to a respectable Ummah. House of Islam is not in order.
And the entrenched western interests will not allow any viable Muslim leadership to emerge.

Welcome to reality.

Request to Brother BHAI1

Akhi kindly read my post above and come back to continue your work.
We are passing through very critical times and all of us will end up committing mistakes.
Sometimes you will do end committing a mistake, some times I shall be the one doing that and some times other brothers and sisters will commit mistakes. We are not doing trivial things even if it is merely keyboard activism. In fact it is not even that.
It is no activism.
It is merely academic sorting out of issues that have been made extremely complex by last 2.5 centuries of western intellectual onslaught.
You have read my mega thread called I Have a Purpose.
I have been carrying on it alone for such a long time.
A brother read a post now and another read another post then - that is all the feedback I got.
It is all lonely pursuit.
So what if a brother ends up hurting us? Amongst each other we still love each other.

Sometimes I also wish it was just crazy fantasy theories by people who probably also believe they hold aliens in the remote deserts of Texas.

But none of my belief is by any imagination or the stretch of it but is backed by video evidence, forensic reports, eye witness accounts, survivor testimonials, staff and workers from within the attacked premises, scientific facts, 1000+ architects and even whistle blowers who happened to commit suicide before court testimonies.

None of the above is imagination. It's hard facts (proof and evidence). Imagination is what the criminals had to carry out such a crime against humanity and make people see the actual truth as imagination. That's indepth imagination.

I can understand how you'd feel the way you do, they had my mind convinced without even trying. "Seeing is believing" and they showed us what they needed us to believe.

Agree, if Muslims can plan and plot to kill their own people in mass, why can't the kuffaar?

Look at history, look at the current situation, look at ISIS. People killing their own for political gain, for power. It happens everywhere

With all due respect hazrat, you have not seen anything yet.

Watch Zakir Naik's video. Google it: Zakir Naik inside job.

Zakir Naik siad 'even a fool will know' that the 9/11 attacks were an 'inside job'.
