The London Bombings: An Independent Inquiry Paperback – 22 Jun 2006
by Nafeez Mosaddeq Ahmed

what went wrong 7/7 ,crispin black

In "7-7: What Went Wrong?", Crispin Black shows that fundamental flaws in our current approach to calibrating and understanding the terrorist threat - an unwillingness for instance to take on board the effects of our foreign policy on loyalty at home and a generally slack approach to border security have produced a toxic threat to national security.

this book is now 10 years old ,unfortunately we are still dealing with the issue, and it needs closure for humanities sake.we pray the madness ends.

some information regarding the ringleader of 7/7 mohammed siddique khan mostly from research after july 2005.

some mentioned in a book called "the islamic republic of dewsbury".

1.he m.s.k. was a salafi takfeeri, after researching many terrorism cases of the u.k most of them appear to be salafi takfeeris, this term is now used by the mainstream media, thankfully, separating them from hanafis, deobandis etc,

2.m.s.k was not from dewsbury,he was there for a short time simply as he had married someone from dewsbury.he did not attend any mosque in dewsbury .he spent a lot of time in leeds and away from home leading to problems in his marriage

3. he despised tabligh jamat, sufi islam and rejected the teachings of mainstream islam.

4 he managed to evade suspicion of even his own close family and relatives with varous cover stories thus upto to today no mosque or even individual has been prosecuted in connection with the actual 7/7 bombings.in dewsbury or elsewhere

5 he did not respect or follow any mainstream islamic scholars, his major influence abu hamza is now in jail

the above is all in the public domain.as readers can appreciate after 10 years there have been countless documentaries, books, interviews etc.

is it terrorism or is it mental ilness?

Muhaydin Mire had been treated for paranoia and once complained of “seeing demons”, according to his brother Mohamed Mire.

Mohamed claimed his sibling’s mental health problems stemmed back to 2007 - but said authorities “could not help him because they said he's no harm to people and he's no harm to himself”.

Mohamed said his family warned the Metropolitan Police about his brother’s state of mind some six weeks ago and added that they wanted him sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
The Met admitted they were approached three weeks ago.

Too late for anything.

The picture has been painted! Objective achieved.

A small print will do them justice in the errors, something (the small print) that will always remain buried by the main headline.

or is it just ego and narcissism

When we look at terrorists such as Anders Behring Breivik , aka, Andrew Berwick, two prominent but significant personality features stand out that we see over and over: pathological narcissism and paranoia (Navarro 2004).

And while it is true that most of us share a few narcissistic features, the narcissism we are talking about here is different: it is pathological in nature. Pathological narcissism allows the individual to see themselves as special, entitled, unique, and distinct - larger than life. They see themselves as having a unique understanding of events and a purpose that others don't have. They believe their ideas and thoughts are special and they see themselves as entitled to bend rules, break laws, and to take shortcuts to achieve their limitless desires. They rigorously overvalue themselves and their ideas, while devaluing others and their beliefs with equal zeal.

Paranoia among solo terrorists is extremely high and it permeates and molds their thinking. This kind of paranoia is truly pathological, persistent, and unyielding. It is a form of irrational fear of things that they dislike or are against.

In the case of Ted Kaczynski it was fear of technology;
in the case of Timothy McVeigh it was fear of a militarized police force (he hated SWAT teams);
in the case of Usama Bin Laden ( he feared Western/ American influence in the Middle East; and
in the case of Anders Behring Breivik it appears he fears Muslims in Western Europe and multiculturalism (link is external). While many individuals out there may have similar views, it is the narcissistic paranoid that dangerously takes this to another level.

This twisted belief system is not a political philosophy that yields. Rather, it is a belief system that subconsciously identifies everything they oppose or hate as either bad or wrong and as an existential threat. Those who disagree are at best naïve and an obstacle, or at worst an enemy. Paranoia, you see, tolerates no alternative views, debate, tolerance or compromise.

This toxic amalgamation of narcissism and paranoia, whether at the national or individual level, makes for a very callous (link is external), unstable personality. If there is no intervention early on, these individuals can become extremely toxic, extremely dangerous, and extremely deadly.

Ideology and Wound Collecting
But narcissism and paranoia are only part of the equation. The other part of the equation is an unbending, powerful ideology based on "wound collecting." Whatever that ideology may be, it may not make sense to you or to me, but that doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that it makes sense to the terrorist - no further justificationneeded. Whether it is
anti-technology,
anti-abortion clinic, robert lewis dear
anti-Israel, anti-US,
anti-government, or
anti-Muslim, no matter how extreme their ideology, for the terrorist, it makes perfect sense.

joe navarro M.A

According to a study by David Marcus, a Washington State University professor of psychology, published in journal Psychological Assessment, this is because the chances of men possessing dark personality traits are higher.

For instance, men were said to be more likely to exhibit qualities such as psychopathy, narcissism and aggression than women.
He added that some people will take this to the ultimate extreme, such as terrorists who are willing to commit suicide in an effort to hurt their enemies.

just reading

rafaello pantucci

"we love death as you love life",mentioned in the bbc documentary part 2

some glaring errors on page 39..

mohammed siddique khan was NOT a congregant at dewsbury markaz

also the mentioning of 7/7 in a documentary about deoband in my opinion is a smear stealth tactic

msk only ever mentioned abu qatadah and abu hamza as influences ,this has been documented for the past nearly 11 years in countless books and documentaries as a salafi takfiri influenced individual and not a deobandi influenced individual
