What IF this attacker happened to be a Muslim? Would the story have spun off this way? No way on Earth.
Alhamdulillah hundreds of thousands of people are becoming more and more aware every day of BBC, FOX, CNN Zionist owned media tools. It is absolutely Haram to fund BBC by paying T.V. license (sorry no sources but all my local scholars (well two anyway) have confirmed this ruling.
