On Youtube there is a bayan of Maulana Musa available.
In addition, there is a video where Maulana Musa is performing Dua at somebody's marriage. However I would abstain from that since our Akaabireen were very firm on the issue of photography being haram.Although we are very sinful, but to watch a video of a pious Aalim who is dead does not appeal to me.

He looked 95% like Shaykh (Maulana) Syed Bahauddin Naqshbandi-Mujaddidi (HA) in Birmingham; physically.

Anyone wishing to see what he looked like, attend a Majlis in Birmingham

Hazrat Syed Allaudin Shah Jilani (May Allah confer his mercy on him) was an esteemed Shaykh of the Naqshbandi Mujadiddi order, he was Khulafaah of Hazrat Abdul Ghafoor Abbassi Madni (RA) Who in turn was a senior Khulafa of Hazrat Fazal ali Qureshi (RA) of Miskeenpur.

1. As far as I know he did have khilafat as well as from other mashaikh
2. No idea about this bayan. It was a long time ago
3. He was a very pious person, probably the most knowledgable of the deobandi ulema of ALL ages except probably imam anwar shah kashmiri and shaykh younis db. I really don't know much more about him. It is better that you contact his son to find out more. As far as I recall his son shaykh zuhair has many audios online

Title: The Great Muqallid - Ep 3 || Imām Musa Rohani al-Bazi Al-Hanafi
Speaker: Shaykh Abdul Haleem

Passing away on the 19th of October 1998, Imām Musa Rohani al-Bazi was a master of the Islamic sciences and reminiscent of the classic scholars. An author of over 200 works, he himself claims that there isn't an Islamic science that he has not written on.

Authoring 10 works on tafsir, one of which is a 40 volume commentary on the tafsir of Imām al-Baydawi (a 2 volume commentary). He has 14 commentaries on hadith, one of which is a 50 volume commentary on Jami' al-Tirmidhi. The Imām was a master of the Arabic language authoring 9 works on lexicography, 12 in nahw (grammar), 12 in sarf (etymology), he also wrote 10 books on dawah and at least 13 books on Islamic history as well as 8 books on philosophy and logic just to name a few.

One of his works in 2 large volumes bearing the name "Fath Allah" commentating on the name of Allah is a work that no scholar in Islamic history has ever written on!

In answer to one objection raised by Christians on durood, the Shaykh wrote a book providing over 190 answers to just the one objection. The head of the scholars of the haramayn (Makkah and Madinah) said of him; "I have not met any scholar who is as vast and insightful in knowledge as Shaykh Musa Rohani al-Bazi." An ascetic, a scholar and a miraculous gem of the ummah, the fragrance of musk emanated from his grave for 7 months and thousands laid witness to it. Echoing the likes of the earlier masters, this is but a concise summary of a great scholar who followed the hanafi school of thought!

Maulana Musa Khan Ruhani al Bazi rahimahullah was an extrodinary man with immense knowledge mashaaAllah. Just an excerpt from the link i posted:

"Mawlana Ibrahim Amin wrote:

‘‘Imam Sakhawi was known to have collected and created the most number (few hundred) of descriptive names for the Messenger (May Allah bless him and give him peace) until came along Shaykh ‘Allamah Muhammad Musa Bazi ar-Ruhani [d. 1998 CE].

He has enumerated 804 names for the Messenger (may Allah bless him and give him peace) in his Al-Barakat al-Makkiyah fi ‘l-Salawat al-Nabawiyyah. He also has composed Al-Qasidah al-Husna fi Asma al-Nabi al-‘Uzma, in which he quotes some 500 names of the Messenger (May Allah bless him and give him peace). Needless to say, both of these are amazing and truly inspirational works.

In fact, all of Shaykh’s works are immensely beneficial. After all, who nowadays has the depth of knowledge to give 1.3 million explanations (tawjihat) for [the Arabic phrase] Amma ba’d (see Shaykh’s Al-Najm as-Sa’d fi Mabahith Amma Ba’d) and over 190 explanations for the apparent superiority of Sayyiduna Ibrahim (upon him be peace) over our Messenger (May Allah bless him and give him peace) in the Durud Ibrahim (see Fath al-‘Alim fi Halli Ishkali al-Tashbih al-‘Azim fi Hadith ‘Kama Sallayta ‘ala Ibrahim’). He has also authored Fath Allah fi Khasa’is al-Ism Allah (a work on the specialties of the name ‘Allah’) in 2 volumes spanning over 1500 pages."

JazakAllah brother.
I would say that yes Masha'Allah he was an ocean of knowledge and Allah Taa'la knows better, but maybe he was at par with Allama kashmiri, but unlike Allama Anwar Shah kashmiri he isn't very well-known.

I found this website: archive.org/search.php?query=creator%3A%22Muhammad+Zuhair...
Here Maulana Musa's son, Maulana Zuhair has uploaded his own as well as his father's lectures and books. If you click on the page that says : Bayanat_by_Molana_Muhammad_Musa_Ruhani_Bazi, you'll come across bayanat of Maulana Musa which cannot be found anywhere else on the internet to the best of my knowledge. Also, some audio clips are of Maulana Zuhair in which he mentions incidents of his father.
