can someone give me more insight into this. apparently hajj/umrah visas are issued free to selected travel agents in the uk. the travel agents then charge an admin fee when they allocate the visas to individual travellers. one agent who has been brought to my attention is charging up to £350 for a ramadhan visa. i dont think this agent is even on the selected travel agents list.
1. what justification do they have for charging so much for something that is issued free of charge? or do they just blatantly accept that they charge this rate for pure profit?
2. the agents that are not issued the visas direct by the saudi ministry - how do they get hold of the visas? how much do they get charged?
3. does anyone know where to get the cheapest visas for this year?
