Stick to the ulema and stick to the effort of tableegh, there is Khair in it. You'll meet plenty of shaykhs as you go along. If you do seek a proper shaykh then you'll have to leave your comfort zone and travel and India has many, khanqah Raipur being one of them etc

first time i've heard of someone getting effected by reciting masnoon zikr a few hundred times daily. maybe bhai hmdmohsin wears his topi or turban too tightly.

i'm starting to feel envious of all these people feeling "effects" of zikr. ;(

nobody in my family gets anything like this even though some recite kalimah tayyibah excessively. myself either.
