Mashallah very strongly worded and hard-hitting fatwas which make complete sense. I never was able to understand how a person could be regarded as a faajir, an open transgressor of the Shariah, yet the very same people could flock to listen their speeches. As the Ulama-e-Haq say, the dunyawi speech of the Auliyah have a good effect on the heart while the Deeni speech of a faasiq carries with it Zulmat, darkness. Sadly such fatwas won't go down too well in most quarters today.
The Prophet's (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) turning his face away in disgust and keeping it turned away throughout the whole conversation with the Persian ambassador is enough to show how disgusting this practice is in reality. Again such is the sign of times today, most people would regard keeping the face turned away in disgust as against adab and akhlaq, rather than feeling genuinely distraught and horrified over the abomination of the clean-shaven face.
I thought your diasgrements with the brother Arslan is regarding Mufti A.S. Desai's behavior and not fatwah.
But you cause doubts. Do other scholars differ with the Mufti A.S. Desai's fatwah? I dunno. If they do, then whom fatwah I should follow I dunno this too.
You need to be consistent in your stance on issues:
You have a problem with people interacting on froums with members of opposite gender and PM which isn't as straight forward and cut out as you think it is and it is clearly permitted by many Scholars based on conditions and circumstances
and YET you have some doubts about men with no Beards which is absolutely against Hadeeth, HARAM by consensus (except for Shaf''aes who consider it Makrooh) but NO SCHOLAR has ever permitted shaving the beard in the history of Islam
Doesn't make any sense, where do you seek your Islamic knowledge from and which Scholars do you get your Fatwaas from?

Shaykh (Qari) Abdul-Basit (RA) has passed away and may Allah (SWT) forgive his sins and grant him Jannatul-Firdaus (Ameen).
I don't have any doubts that it's haram for a man to cut his beard. As it has been stated by fuqaha.
But I was asking about listening to the Qirat of beardless Qari, as your comments imply that we can listen to them, but Fatwah seems to imply otherwise. That's why I'm confused and asking if there's any difference of opinion among scholars regarding listening to beardless Qari being impermissible.
If you and respected brother Arslan don't know then to get clarification I'll ask respected Mufti Abu Hajirah. In sha Allah.

Secondly I have neither implied anything in regards to the fatwa or the content. May Allah give Mufti Desai 'afiya' in all his affairs in this world and the next. I didn't say nothing in regards to the content but in regards to the manner he put it across.

Hadhrat, she never said she had doubts regarding the hurmat of shaving the beard. Her doubt is with regards to whether or not one can listen to a clean-shaven qari.
