I know. My replies were all in the same IF scenarios too. My only point was, "Is it not better, rather sensible, 100% Halaal and more humane to simply break contact rather than treating the female like a man?"

Sorry brother Muadh, I did not realize you were referring to extra-ordinary situations or rather, it wasn't clear to me - I apologize for misunderstanding the context, I should've been more careful in my reading. Alhamdulillah, the misunderstanding has opened it up a bit and it has been clarified here so that anyone who reads through the thread (assuming some may not have picked up on the context), can better understand it insh'Allah.
