TJ and JI started their activitities during the same period. But TJ expanded and had vast base, JI had limited expansion (although JI boasts of its elite members).
The reason is,
1. TJ tolerated everyone, even the 'attention seekers", attention seekers quickly realized their mistake and got evolved as serious thinkers and executors.
2. in TJ, through his abilities a rickshaw puller could elevate himself to be a Ameer or a shura member.
3. Everyone in the TJ was attentively heard, their views were seriously taken.
This is from seerah, carpenters, masons, farmers etc. were elevated to governors by Rasulullah SAS and Khulafah.

With my little experience with JI, I witnessed that hierarchy was followed here, secular degree or one's duniyavi elite position or disciplined elite were the criteria for getting higher position and were appointed as members of 'think tank' and Naazims. Ordinary brothers were just field workers. This drives ordinary brothers to distance themselves from JI. And JI always complaints that it has great ideas but they don't have cadres to execute them.

Although both jamaths are serving the ummah.

My message is to tolerate brothers for a short period, they themselves will get evolved as serious members.

Shuyukh say; there are two ways of achieving ikhlaas in a'amal.
1. Be regular in the amal you need to get ikhlas in.
2. Be in company of mukhliseen.

Here my point is:
What happens, if mukhliseen drive away the ikhlas seekers, saying "you don't have ikhlas, don't be with us".
What happens if mukhliseen form their own elite group and create criteria to join them.
What happens if mukhliseen are not available to masses and live in seclusion.

Let me discuss tragedy with ummah.

DrZN has knowledge and skill to debate with non-muslims, this great quality got neutralized by his making fun of mazhabs and his illegal encroachment in fatwah domain.

Molana Saad Sab has lineage and good oratory skills, this quality got neutralized by his showing disrespect towards akabireen. And his unilateral and non-consultative decision making. New Ijtehad etc. Ana Khairun minhu attitude.

Wake up call for others. Here, let us recall;
Ummah curses one nephew of ummahatul momineen for his worst deed in history of islam.
One son of khalifah getting involved in fitnah of martyrdom of other khalifah.
When Ameer ordered tongue of A fitnah monger was to be cut as punishment, he said "I recited hundreds of quran, don't cut my tongue"
History has many such instances.

When those who are supposed to provide "help" put up barriers then those seeking will go to easily accessible sources. DOES NOT mean that the source is good or appropriate but that they will "seek" from wherever they can (right or wrong, simply because they have access)
