As-Salaam alaikum,
In ayat 17/18 of Surat Qaf of the Holy Qur'an (50:17-18), Allah Ta'ala says:--

"BEHOLD, TWO (guardian angels) [are] APPOINTED TO LEARN/RECORD
(his doings).. LEARN (and note them), ONE SITTING ON THE RIGHT AND
ONE ON THE LEFT. NOT A WORD DOES HE UTTER BUT THERE IS A
SENTINEL BY HIM, READY (to note it)."

Here, we are reminded that each and everyone of us, human beings, is assigned 2 recording Angels (Kiraman-Katibeen) to record his deeds-- good or bad, performed by each bodily organ. So exceedingly efficient is their perception that anything heard, observed, spoken or whispered... slightest movement of any of the body organs is instantly recorded; just as an efficient video recorder does not miss any sound or movement. So, we must Beware!!
