The image needs to be and image file. Not the website link as it looks.

This is what you have, [*img]http://www.islamickorner.net/showthread.php/131894-HD-Wallpapers-Of-Islamic-Quotes-(4)[/img*]

The files normally end with jpg, png, etc to indicate its an image.
