Allahu a'lam, I found this hadith circulated in mailing list, but can someone clarify? I can attach the Arabic if necessary
Source : Kitab "Sharhu ash-Soodur bi Sharhi Hali al-Mawta wal Qubur", by Al-Muhaddith al-Imam Jalaluddin as-Suyuthi, it is written :
Imam Tirmidhi did takhrij upon this hadith and declared it as hasan. And so are Imam Hakim and Imam Bayhaqi. Narrated by Ibn Abbas (rh) he stated, "some companions of Nabi (SAW) held a camping near a graveyard, without them acknowledging that it was a graveyard. Suddenly a voice was audible from inside the grave, (a voice of) someone recited Suraa Al Mulk till finished. The companions came to Nabi (SAW) and told him about this. And he stated, "suraa Al Mulk is a munjiyah (savior) and mani'ah (barrier) from torture of grave"
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
