As-Salaam alaikum,
The Prophet of mankind the peace of our heart and mind, the most generous and kind, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, has stated :
"Whoever recites Salawaat upon me 100 times, Allah Azzah Wa Jallah, inscribes between his 2 eyes that he is freed from hypocrisy and the fire of Hell, and on the Day of Judgement He will keep him with the martyrs."
(Majma-uz-Zawaid, vol. 10, pg. 253, Hadith 17,298).
