In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. As-salāmu alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh I have lived through [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet%E2%80%93Afghan_War]Soviet invasion of Afghanistan[/url], the [url=https://www.history.com/topics/cold-war/berlin-wall]fall of the Berlin Wall[/url], the [url=https://history.state.gov/milestones/1989-1992/collapse-soviet-union]collapse of the Soviet Union[/url] and of course [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_11_attacks]9/11[/url]. All of these events were severe and monumental but they were points on a predicted trajectory of world events. The Trump-Putin summit in Helsinki was extraordinary. This upended the world order clearly, blatantly and right in front of our eyes. For close to 70 years America and Russia have been at odds with each other. There are youngsters who will say that all Non-Muslims are the same (and united behind the scenes) but even for the sake of pretences they have been apart. I have spent years in the American military and everyone from the top down in the intelligence agencies, military and Foreign Service plans and trains for Russia being an adversary. There is no pretension and it is actually how it has been for 70 years. President Trump destroyed that world order and it is a catastrophic and monumental event, much bigger than 9/11 and war more severe. Americans on both all sides are stunned and confused and everyone is scampering to analyse and give reasons for it. To say that President Trump is compromised is not the full explanation and too simplistic of a theory. There is something much bigger and I dont know what it is.
