If you have an Ottoman bed then a word of advice do not try to open it without the mattress.


If you're bed is open and and Stuck in that position then you've come to the right place,

Follow this and you're bed will be functioning as per usual. (Inshallah)

(Read from Point 3 if bed is already assembled- Point 2 if mattress not on bed)

1) Assemble the bed according to the guide which is given and assemble
the struts as you normally would.   


2) Once finished assembling Place the mattress on top of the mattress support frame while its upwards/Tilt.


3) After putting the mattress wait for 15-30 min. then Push the frame up really hard and pull it down again HARD (don't worry it won't break)


4) keep repeating it until the struts are down.

Note: the struts has gas trapped inside so it needs some sort of HEAVY
and even weight on them.
