The Fundamental Beliefs in Islam

The purpose of Islamic beliefs is to connect the people (Muslim) spiritually & morally in their common goal of serving and maintain their life in proper way According to Holy Quran and Sunnah Rasool. Therefore, it is compulsory for every Muslim to learn and understand the Islamic belief system correctly in order to obey Allah (God) commands. There are 6 beliefs in Islam i.e. Belief in Almighty Allah, Angels, Holy Books, Prophets and Messengers, the Day of Judgment, and Destiny.
1). Belief in Almighty Allah (God)
It means that there is one God, the sustainer of the entire universe, Muslims believe in one, unique, incomparable God, Who has neither son nor partner, and there is none worthy of worship except Allah Tallah (God).

Such as according to the Holy Quran “He is the Allah (God), the Creator, the Originator, The Fashioner; to Him belong the most beautiful names: whatever is in the heavens and on earth, do declare His praises and Glory. And He is the Exalted in Might, The Wise. (Quran 59:24)

2) Belief in Farishta (the Angels):
It means that all Muslim have to believe in the existence of Angels sent by Allah. They worship Almighty Allah alone, obey Him, and act only by His command. So it is necessary for every Muslim to belief in all Angel created by Allah.
3.) Belief in the Holy Books
It means that Muslims have to believe on all revealed books sent by Allah to His messengers as proof for mankind and as guidance for them. The Names of those Holy Books are, Taurat, Zaboor, Injeeel and Quran Majeed.
4.) Belief in the Prophets
This is the fourth part of Belief in Islam which means that Muslims believe in all Prophets sent by the Allah Tallah (God) for their guidance. They are all righteous and truthful, chosen by Allah.
5.) Belief in Qayamat (Final or Judgment day)
In simple words it means that all Muslims believe in the final Day when everyone will be examined for God’s judgment according to their beliefs and deeds. Those who succeed will go to Jannat (Paradise) and those who failed will go to Dozakh (Hell).
6 Taqdeer (Destiny)
Taqdeer means that Muslims believe that the whole universe is entirely under the control of Allah, and then everything that is or that happens in this universe, from the smallest to the greatest event is governed by Allah. So everyone have to satisfy with their Taqdeer controlled by the Greatest Allah.
