Shaykh Mufti Asad Waqas Khalil is a young and vibrant Islamic Scholar. He is also a Mufti, Hafizul Qur'an, Qari and an excellent public speaker. The Shaykh completed his Hifzul Qur'an, became a Qari and completed most of the Islamic Theology course in Darul Uloom Bolton, Lancashire. He completed the final year of Islamic Theology course and Ifta (Mufti) course in Darul Uloom, Blackburn, Lancashire.
