MashaAllah! Sheikh Alafasy recites Surah Al-Ikhlas ten times, each using one of the ten recitation school recognized by Muslim scholars. Each of the ten recitation have isnad (narration chain) to the Prophet PBUH. In addition, these isnads come through twatur (i.e. it was related by so many trushworthy people down the isnad chain to the Prophet Muhammad PBUH.) The recitation differ in the vocalization of few words or letters. We should note here that all recitation follow the same Quranic rasm (letter for letter) but only the vocalization is different.
