I have heard many different views regarding the madhab of Imam Mahdi and Isa alayhissalam when they come in the future; many people claim that they will have their own madhabs. Is this true? Could you please give me the correct opinion regarding this matter?

It is neccessary for shoulders to be touching in Salaah, when praying in Jamaat?
What if there is a small gap (around 3-4 fingers) between 2 muqtadis' shoulders, would it be neccessary to fill it in?
If yes, can one move in their salaah in order to fill in such a gap?

I am strictly following on Hanifi Mahabas, and proud to be a Hanifi and father, forefather belongs to same, but I have read in Qur'an Allah say:

"And Allah has beautiful Names, so cal upon him by them, and leave the company of those who deviate concerning his names. They will be recompensed for what they used to do (sooratul-Araaf 7:180)

And our great imam Abu Haneefah said, 'it is detested for the supplicate too say, 'I ask You by the right of so and so,' or, 'By the right of your prophets and Messengers, and by the right of the Sacred House and the Scared Sanctuary.' (sharhul-Aqeedatut-Tahaawiyyah (p.234) and ithaafus-Saadaatul-Mustaqeem (2/285) and sharhul-Fiqhil-Akbar (p.198) of al-Qaaree)

And Abu Haneefah said, 'it is not befitting for anyone to call upon Allah, except by him, and it is even more detestable for him to say: By the junctures of Hon our from your throne, or 'By the Right of Your Creation' Al-fiqhul-Absat (p.56). this is what we know worshipping or supplicating from Quran and Imam Abu hanifa Rah..

What is the teaching of Tableegh Jammat in Fadhail Amaal chapter Fadhail Durood, p.97 incident no (hikayat) 35: the Messenger of Allah (allegedly) said: "Whoever wants something from anyone should go to grave and supplicate to Allah for it.

Again on p.109, incident # (Hikayat) -48, Fadhail Durood (last chapter Fadhail Amaal, Vol I) sh. Abu Khair Qattah said that: I went to Madinah and stayed there for five days but did not achieve the pleasure and satisfaction. I went to the graves of the Prophet, Hadhrat Abu Bakr and Hadhrat Umar and said "O Messenger of Allah I am your guest tonight.' then I left the place and slept behind the minbar. I saw in my dream that the prophet of Allah with Abu Bakr on his right, Umar on his left and Ali was in front of them all. Hadrat Ali then shook me and said that the messenger of Allah has come to visit me I got up and kissed the prophet between his eyes. The Messenger of Allah then gave me a piece of bread which I ate half and when I woke up the other half was in my hand.

When our Qur'an and Imam Abu Hanifa rah is saying something, but this Tableegh Jammat teaching against our Qur'an and Imam Abu Hanifa, which is right? Give me Clear Answer to this Question?

I am a woman who has been separated from my husband over 9 months now, still does not give my divorce. I will to go to hajj this coming December but I am wondering if it is permissible for me to go with my brother without needing my husband permission as I have no contract with him.
Some say my hajj won't be accepted without asking him, others say I need to be divorce then go. But I really will like to know your opinion!! This Is very Urgent As I am Going To Book My Ticket SOON

i am convert to islam and i married. my husband lives not in U.k coz he got refusal to enter U.K but from the first time we met i been going to see my husband 2 times a year insha Allah.
as you can imaging this seperation is hurting us very much and i have spend no end of money on documents for the marriage plus the embassy plus my travel to my husband.my husband has no job so all comes from me.
i am a nature loving person and like to be in nature and through nature Allah called me to Islam this call has come before i even known my husband ..alhamdulillah
over 2 years i know my husband now and through this difficult time and my husband has no incombe i worked many many hours i had to sell my car too.
Finally i had a Window and i was able to get a car again to drive to nature and sit on top of a lonely mountain there i feel Allah so close to me and it is a wonderful feeling enable to feel this again and to thank Allah for giving me this felling.
But my husband has other ideas he things i dont need a car and it was wrong from to by a car. i have told him tonite that i like to be close to nature again and that i miss this in my life .
in this 2 years i known my husband i have grown older by 20 years not 2 years coz all i do is work work work.....
is my husband right with saying to me that i dont need a car ?

Assalamualaykum Im new to this site, and im not too sure how to use it well so please forgive me if i make any mistakes. I have recently started to become more practising in my deen and unfortunately my parents have not understood my change, i come from a family of very western thinkers and they do not why i have to cover. I have tried to explain to them with patience that as a muslim women i should be covering and i have even tried to explain that this is what Allah commands us to do in the quraan in several places, however they have recently also tried to make out that intermingling and talking to men is acceptable and there is nothing wrong with it. I have tried very hard to explain that we as muslims should abide by the laws of segregation, but i have had some difficulty..i was just wondering if you could help me explain to them or if you could give me any hadith or quraanic quotes that can back my arguement up..i would really appreciate it and inshAllah maybe they can understand where im coming from..or more importantly what Allah has commanded us to do. Salaam, I have a question, I gave a freind some advice which was very bais, Will I get sin for that, although I made it very clear that it was just my advice. I was very young wen I gave this advice (only 18), I told some one they should get a divorce, I had my reasons to give this advice. But I was scared wen I found out that divorce is one of the most disliked of halal things in ALLAH's creation. The couple didnt get a divorce, so that proves they didnt take my advice. I have a problem with my daughter's name. Since I liked the name and it sounded unique, I had selected this name. Now my daughter is grown up. But she has problems of personality and marriage. Every time a proposal comes, there is some hindrance in it. Given below are the names of my daughter, her mother & my name:

Daughter name: FAREESA HASSAN
Her mother's name: RUBINA HASSAN
Her father's name: MAHMOOD HASSAN
