Is it permissible for women to reveal their hair, and forearms to other women, such as at weddings etc, be they muslim or non-muslims? Most women take off their Hijabs at weddings to show off their jewellry and fashion clothes, and remove their head scarves to display their hair styles. To what extent can they show off?

My question is regarding istihaza in the form of vaginal discharge. If a woman frequently discharges, yet at times can not tell when it happens, would it be sufficient for her to perform wuzu at the beginning of each namaz time? (Although the discharge is not so continuous that she does not even have time to perform 2 rakats.)

assalamualaikum w.wb.
respected mufti,
please could you inform me regarding which brands of hair dyes are permissible for use by muslim women. i understand that the dye must stain the hair and not simply coat it in order for the wudhu/ghusl to be correct. i have searched for this answer on several sites but none actually state which brands are actually permissible. jazakallahukhair.

Can you please answer the following question.
If a woman is travelling more than 48 miles and is on her menstrual periods, if she becomes clean (paak) at the destination, e.g a day after after she has stayed at that town. Is she required to pray Qasar or full Fardh Salah.
For example, a woman is travelling from London to Yorkshire and she is on her Haydh, she then becomes clean in yorkshire, what is the ruling?
Jazakallah

I would like to know whether it is permissable to have the mirena coil fitted if a person is suffering from heavy and continuous periods?
This was a recommendation of the person's doctor.
This particular method (coil) is usually used as a contraceptive. However the intention here is not for birth control but [i:e622ead9d5]to[/i:e622ead9d5] control heavy and prolonged bleeding.
Looking forward to a prompt reply.
Jazakallah for your time and may Allah (swt) reward your efforts - aameen.
Wassalmu-alaikum
P.S. Below is a link to some information about the mirena coil.
