why women can not work in our society?plz give me the reason and main points ..in daitail?

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Bismillahir rahmaanir rahim.

A woman is permitted to work within her society so long as the laws of Shariah are not being violated (eg. free mixing, not observing niqab and hijab, interaction with ghair mahram men and so forth).
