Working in IT & Tech at an Insurance company

As Salam O Alaikum. I have been offered a job at an insurance company in the UK and the job is in the IT & Tech department. In the role, I will have no direct link with Sales & Marketing. The Insurance company also offers some Shariah products as well but not all products are Shariah compliant. What is the ruling for someone in such a situation? Should I accept or reject the offer?
