I stepped on impure floor later i realized that sole of my shoes was broken in such a way that water

An impure piece of cotton fell on the floor. Later the floor became wet with water. I walked over the floor. Later i realized that sole of my shoes was broken in such a way that water from floor may have come in contact with my feet. Does my feet become impure. I have placed my feet on bed and other places. Does all places become impure. Also my feet have come in contact with my clothes. Does my clothes become impure. How to purify all these things?
