Dear Respect Sheihk, After performing wudu I have a problem which is that I get urine discharge whilst performing salah, I am unable to finish salah and need to do wudu at least twice or even three times or more in one salah. A place a tissue and when I check there’s urine on it so I do wudu and perform the salah again. This happens all the time. Jazahk-Allah
Firstly, it is Wajib to find away to prevent or lessen the problem. If your over powering thought (ظن الغالب) is that by placing or wrapping a tissue, wool etc, around your private part, your able to pray Salah without it being wet, then it is Wajib to adopt this way. If by sitting in Salah with gestures of Ruku and Sujud helps then this should be adopted.
If these ways are not working and you experience that the urine drops is continuous for one full Salah period to the extent that your unable to perform Salah then you will be classified as a Ma'zur (excused person). So when Salah time starts you will pray that Salah in that state and other Salah like Nawafil, until the next Salah time which then you will have to renew your Wudhu.

قوله ورده لا يبقي ذا عذر قال في البحر ومتي قدر المعذور علي رد السيلان برباط أو حشو أو كان لو جلس لا يسيل ولو قام سال وجب رده وخرج برده عن أن يكون صاحب العذر و يجب أن يصلي جالسا بإيماء إن سال بالميلان لأن ترك السجود أهون من الصلوة مع الحدث اه
