I am trying to analyse and understand some cases of divorce in the light of what I have studied in 3 year Islamic studues course. In-sha-Allaah, I plan to ask other questions as well, as I come across many cases and questions from women. I hope you will help me understand those cases in the light of Sharee'ah.
Question:
There was a case of one 'talaaq baa'in sughraa'. If the husband says talaaq again in the 'iddah of that talaaq, does it take place /not, comparing it to the case of talaaq baa'in in case of 'ghair madkhool bihaa' in which case it does not take place as the nikaah is already broken?
