Sallams Mufti Saheb, Due to our own weakness sometimes we miss our Sallat with jammat in the mosque. But then some brothers get together and perform a 2nd jammat with more brothers joining... If i was also late, do i join the 2nd jammat or do i make my own sallat by myself??? Plz could you also explain why...Jazakallah again for your time..

If you miss Jamat you should go to your house and do Jamat in your house with some family members. As that is what the Prophet (peace be upon him) did.

However if your house is far or you cannot go home due to some inconvenience, you should pray your Salah individually not with Jamat as it is makrooh to perform a second Jamat inside a Mosque. Nevertheless if there is a place in the Mosque which is not part of the Mosque you may perform with Jamat there.
