Hijab

Assalamualaikum As a muslimah, i know and believe that hijab is fardh. I know a girl, who at the young age of 11 became mature. She beleived that hijab is fardh but her parents did not. In front of her family, she was not allowed. When she bacame mature, she requested 4 niqaab but was denied. She explained that hijaab was fardh and that she now has the right to make desisions. The denied. What should that girl now do? May Alllah Reward you Wasalaam
