Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance)

Mankind will be called by their father's name not their mother's name except, 'Isa (Alayhis Salam). He will be called by his mother's name, 'Isa Ibn Maryam.

Imam Bukhari (Rahmatullahi Alaih) has included the following subtitle in his Sahih, 'Chapter on the fact that the people will be called by their fathers'. Under this chapter, he has recorded the narration of Sayyiduna ibn Umar (RadhiyAllahu Anhu) that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, "Verily, a banner will be raised for the treacherous person on the day of Qiyamah and it will be proclaimed, 'This is the treachery of so and so, the son of so and so." (Sahih Bukhari, - 'Umdatul Qari Vol.22 Pg.201)

Note: The masculine tense was used for the parent of this 'so and so'.

Abu Darda (RadhiyAllahu Anhu) narrates that Prophet (Sallalllahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, "People will be called by their names and their fathers' names on the Day of Qiyamah, so keep a good name." (Abu Dawud, Mishkat Pg.408)

Conclusion: The correct view is that on the day of Qiyamah, a person will be called out by the name of their father.

(Ahsanul Fataawa Vol.9 Pg.29)

And Only Allah Ta'ala Knows Best.
