is it right for women to wear make up before their marrige?
or is it right at all for women to wear make up.

It is reported that Nabi SAW said : The woman is aurah (something to be concealed). Thus when she goes out, Syaitaan beautifies her (ie. uses her as a means of spreading fitnah). (Tirmidhi)

An unmarried woman is not permitted at all to apply any form of make up as she needs to observe hijab and niqab for fear of being used by Syaitaan to spread fitnah. However, for a married woman, it would be permissable to do so for her husband's pleasure.
