If this is impossible then one may ask the elderly people of the locality or the Imaam of the Masjid to inform you of a religious partner. There are other Halaal methods such as asking trustworthy people to find you a suitable a suitable marriage partner.
Methods such as dating, chatting, texting etc are unlawful according to Shari'ah.
