Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance)
Jumu'ah Salah is Fardh (compulsory).
Allah Tala'ala says:
"O believers! When the call is proclaimed to prayer on Friday (the Day of Assembly) hasten earnestly to the Remembrance of Allah and leave off business: that is best for you if you but knew! (62:9)
The order of leaving Ba’i (business) applies to all kind of purchase-sale, business transactions, accounts, managements etc. It also applies to employees earning their livelihood through services.
In your situation it is best to find another work. Remember, if one leaves something for the sake of Allah Ta'ala, surely Allah Ta'ala will give him better than what he left. Allah Ta'ala Says : And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. [65:2-3].
And Only Allah Ta'ala Knows Best. -------------------------------------- Moulana Qamruz Zaman
